Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) While shipping is free, Essent Perfumes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order by your local government.

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number.

• International Orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for the international tracking number to become active in the system.

Incorrect Address Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Essent Perfumes is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the broken product immediately and email us at essentperfumes06@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the damage.
