An eau de parfum carries fragrance concentrate in alcohol, which lifts the scent off the skin and pushes it outward. This is the sprayed half of the Essent range, in 30ml and 100ml bottles, blended in India in small batches. Why attar?

An oil outlasts a spray.

An alcohol spray pushes scent outward fast, then fades. An attar is the oil on its own, with no ethanol, so it stays where you put it and unfolds over hours instead of minutes. That is why a small roll-on outlasts a much larger bottle of eau de toilette.
