Who it's forBelongs to connoisseurs of deep, traditional scents: most at home on wearers in their 30s to 50s, evenings and celebrations.
🌙 Essent Arabian Nights is a mysterious, luxurious Arabic fragrance inspired by warm desert evenings and royal Middle Eastern blends. It opens with spicy saffron and aromatic woods, moves into a rich heart of amber and oud, and settles into a smooth, warm, sweet-musky base. Deep,...

How it unfolds

A scent pyramid, not a note list.

Arabian Nights opens on saffron, smoky spices, settles into resin, dried fruits, and dries down to amber, musk. Because it is an alcohol-based eau de parfum, it lifts off the skin and carries further into the room — expect 7–9 hours from two or three sprays.

The blend

Arabian Nights

There is a moment every day that deserves ritual. Arabian Nights was blended for exactly that moment.

It opens on Saffron and Smoky Spices, lets Resin and Dried Fruits bloom at its heart, and settles into a base of Amber and Musk that carries for hours. An eau de parfum with real staying power — built for date evenings and close conversations and beyond.

Two formats

Alcohol-free roll-on attars that stay close, and eau de parfums that carry.

Long-wearing

7–9 hours on skin from a single application.

Small-batch

Blended and filled in our own workshop in India.

Gift-ready

Wrapped by hand, with a note if you want one.

The ritual

How to wear it.

Start on warm skin

Roll or spray once across the inside of each wrist. Body heat opens the top notes.

Pulse points only

Wrists, the hollow behind each ear, base of the throat. Three points is plenty.

Do not rub

Rubbing crushes the top notes and shortens the dry-down. Let it sit.

Re-apply when it steps back

An oil stays close and fades quietly; an eau de parfum carries further and thins sooner. One more pass at the wrists is enough either way.

Concentrated attar oil being decanted from a glass vial

Arabian Nights lasts around 7–9 hours on skin. It is an eau de parfum, so concentration is high and the dry-down is gradual — amber and musk linger longest. Spray on pulse points and once on clothing; fabric holds the scent even longer than skin.

Yes — Arabian Nights is an eau de parfum, so like all fine-fragrance sprays it uses a perfumer's alcohol base. The alcohol evaporates within seconds of spraying, leaving only the fragrance itself. If you prefer a completely alcohol-free format, Essent's roll-on attars deliver a similar depth in a pure oil base.

Arabian Nights is genuinely unisex. The deep, resinous character reads elegant rather than gendered, and it is worn and loved by both men and women. Fragrance families like oud & amber sit on skin chemistry differently for everyone — which is exactly what makes a shared bottle interesting.

Two to four sprays are enough. Hold the bottle 10–15 cm from skin and target pulse points — neck, chest, wrists — plus one spray on clothing if you want extra staying power. Arabian Nights is an eau de parfum, so over-spraying is unnecessary; let the amber and musk base do the work of lasting.

Arabian Nights is at its best during date evenings and close conversations, and evenings out. Its deep, resinous profile has the projection for open rooms and evening air, so it matches the setting rather than fighting it. Many wearers make it their signature for exactly those moments.

Yes — Arabian Nights also comes as an 8 ml alcohol-free roll-on attar with the same scent profile in concentrated oil form. The roll-on wears closer to skin, lasts longer per application and fits any pocket, making it the pick for travel, touch-ups and alcohol-free preferences. Find it linked on this page.
