How it unfolds

A scent pyramid, not a note list.

Bitter Peach opens on peach, orange, settles into jasmine, freesia, and dries down to vanilla, tonka. Because it is an alcohol-based eau de parfum, it lifts off the skin and carries further into the room — expect 4–6 hours from two or three sprays.

The blend

Bitter Peach

Some scents announce themselves; Bitter Peach arrives. A juicy, playful composition that settles in like it was always yours.

The opening of Peach and Orange gives way to Jasmine and Freesia, resting finally on Vanilla and Tonka — a slow, deliberate dry-down. Two sprays are enough; it holds its shape from date evenings and close conversations to whatever follows.

Two formats

Alcohol-free roll-on attars that stay close, and eau de parfums that carry.

Long-wearing

4–6 hours on skin from a single application.

Small-batch

Blended and filled in our own workshop in India.

Gift-ready

Wrapped by hand, with a note if you want one.

The ritual

How to wear it.

Start on warm skin

Roll or spray once across the inside of each wrist. Body heat opens the top notes.

Pulse points only

Wrists, the hollow behind each ear, base of the throat. Three points is plenty.

Do not rub

Rubbing crushes the top notes and shortens the dry-down. Let it sit.

Re-apply when it steps back

An oil stays close and fades quietly; an eau de parfum carries further and thins sooner. One more pass at the wrists is enough either way.

Concentrated attar oil being decanted from a glass vial

Bitter Peach lasts around 4–6 hours on skin. It is an eau de parfum, so concentration is high and the dry-down is gradual — vanilla and tonka linger longest. Spray on pulse points and once on clothing; fabric holds the scent even longer than skin.

Yes — Bitter Peach is an eau de parfum, so like all fine-fragrance sprays it uses a perfumer's alcohol base. The alcohol evaporates within seconds of spraying, leaving only the fragrance itself. If you prefer a completely alcohol-free format, Essent's roll-on attars deliver a similar depth in a pure oil base.

Bitter Peach is genuinely unisex. The juicy, playful character reads elegant rather than gendered, and it is worn and loved by both men and women. Fragrance families like fruity floral sit on skin chemistry differently for everyone — which is exactly what makes a shared bottle interesting.

Two to four sprays are enough. Hold the bottle 10–15 cm from skin and target pulse points — neck, chest, wrists — plus one spray on clothing if you want extra staying power. Bitter Peach is an eau de parfum, so over-spraying is unnecessary; let the vanilla and tonka base do the work of lasting.

Bitter Peach is at its best during date evenings and close conversations, and evenings out. Its juicy, playful profile has a considerate, close wear that never crowds a room, so it matches the setting rather than fighting it. Many wearers make it their signature for exactly those moments.

Yes — Bitter Peach also comes as an 8 ml alcohol-free roll-on attar with the same scent profile in concentrated oil form. The roll-on wears closer to skin, lasts longer per application and fits any pocket, making it the pick for travel, touch-ups and alcohol-free preferences. Find it linked on this page.
