Who it's forFor the young and young-at-heart. College years to first-job energy; daytime dates.
✨ Papaya is a juicy, tropical, and playful fruity fragrance centred around the creamy sweetness of ripe papaya. It opens with a lush burst of sun-ripened papaya layered with tropical fruit nuances and a touch of orange brightness, creating a pulpy, exotic opening that feels vibrant...

How it unfolds

A scent pyramid, not a note list.

Papaya opens on orange, red berries, settles into peony, and dries down to musk, vanilla. Because it is an alcohol-based eau de parfum, it lifts off the skin and carries further into the room — expect 4–6 hours from two or three sprays.

The blend

Papaya

There is a moment every day that deserves ritual. Papaya was blended for exactly that moment.

Orange and red berries lead the first minutes before Peony takes over; Musk and Vanilla do the remembering long after. Two sprays are enough; it holds its shape from everyday wear to whatever follows.

Two formats

Alcohol-free roll-on attars that stay close, and eau de parfums that carry.

Long-wearing

4–6 hours on skin from a single application.

Small-batch

Blended and filled in our own workshop in India.

Gift-ready

Wrapped by hand, with a note if you want one.

The ritual

How to wear it.

Start on warm skin

Roll or spray once across the inside of each wrist. Body heat opens the top notes.

Pulse points only

Wrists, the hollow behind each ear, base of the throat. Three points is plenty.

Do not rub

Rubbing crushes the top notes and shortens the dry-down. Let it sit.

Re-apply when it steps back

An oil stays close and fades quietly; an eau de parfum carries further and thins sooner. One more pass at the wrists is enough either way.

Concentrated attar oil being decanted from a glass vial

Papaya lasts around 4–6 hours on skin. It is an eau de parfum, so concentration is high and the dry-down is gradual — musk and vanilla linger longest. Spray on pulse points and once on clothing; fabric holds the scent even longer than skin.

Yes — Papaya is an eau de parfum, so like all fine-fragrance sprays it uses a perfumer's alcohol base. The alcohol evaporates within seconds of spraying, leaving only the fragrance itself. If you prefer a completely alcohol-free format, Essent's roll-on attars deliver a similar depth in a pure oil base.

Papaya is genuinely unisex. The juicy, playful character reads elegant rather than gendered, and it is worn and loved by both men and women. Fragrance families like fruity floral sit on skin chemistry differently for everyone — which is exactly what makes a shared bottle interesting.

Two to four sprays are enough. Hold the bottle 10–15 cm from skin and target pulse points — neck, chest, wrists — plus one spray on clothing if you want extra staying power. Papaya is an eau de parfum, so over-spraying is unnecessary; let the musk and vanilla base do the work of lasting.

Papaya makes an easy, thoughtful gift that does not need a big budget. Fragrance is personal, so lean on its breadth: the juicy, playful profile of peony over musk and vanilla pleases a wide range of tastes. For festivals, birthdays or a just-because, it arrives ready to delight.
